The LIMC would like to wish all of our club members and all other associated motor clubs a merry Christmas and a prosperous 2009.

Once again, we are pleased to announce the popular Emerald Stages Car Rally, to be held at Longcross on February 15th.

So if you want to get the season off to a flying start, please download the attached regulations and entry form (PDF format) and get them off to us, for what should be a great event? We look forward to seeing you all in 2009.

LIMC Committee

The LIMC pig night planned for Friday 31^st October has now been deferred until January 2009; the new date will be announced shortly.

The event has been rescheduled owing to circumnutates beyond our control.

In the meantime the pigs will be kept warm and exercised over the Christmas period to ensure there fitness for there outing in 2009. Apologies to all who were looking forward to the night out, but I’m sure we will still enjoy the evening in 2009.

Following our last foray into the world of pig racing, and the enjoyable time had by all, the LIMC have decided to add a bit of bacon to the “recession” and go pig racing.

Some of our members have travelled Europe and rounded up some of the fastest pigs available for a nights racing. So WHY don’t you come along to the “Tir Chonaill Gaels” football club in Greenford and grab a pig. In addition to the pig racing, we will be holding a raffle for some super prizes. Snacks and beverages will also be available so come along for a fun night out……!
